School of Life explores sustainability practices and influential content creation

Dubai Culture presents innovative workshops through its School of Life project, catering to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. These workshops breathe life into the alleyways of Al Safa Arts and Design Library, Twar, Mankhool, and Hatta Public Libraries. A wide range of sessions aims to build cultural, creative, and life skills for all community members, enabling them to explore Dubai’s creative scene. This contributes to creating a sustainable creative environment that enriches the knowledge of talented individuals and helps refine their skills, while also fostering community participation in the cultural and artistic sectors.
In November, ‘Schools of Life’ will embrace the theme of ‘Sustainability’ with an exciting lineup of educational workshops covering a range of inspiring topics, from ‘From Farm to Coffee | Sustainable Practices in Coffee’ to ‘Creating Vegan Leather Bookmarks.’ Furthermore, five new innovative clubs will be introduced — ‘Books,’ ‘Crochet,’ ‘Photography,’ ‘Leadership,’ and ‘Wiki’ — providing a unique opportunity to delve into sustainable practices, engage in discussions about valuable books, discover the art of impactful content creation, gain photography fundamentals, and master the craft of crochet. Join us in this enriching journey towards sustainability and creativity.
