1. Access the website /smart application to start the service
2. Select the heritage site to be booked
3. Fill out the booking form for spaces and facilities in heritage sites
4. Apply for Booking Request
5. Notify the customer of the status of the request

It is preferable to submit the request two weeks prior to the event or activity date for the purpose of arrangement and coordination.
