a nation's Heritage is  in its historical beginnings. It is a container that holds the sum of the human achievements and is the result ofpeople’s lives, beliefs, practices and work, within a certain time and area.

Heritage is the habits, traditions, values, arts, crafts, skills and other activities whichwere formed by the community through its long history.  These have been inherited as the traditions of that community and its people ;being practiced by them in their daily lives. It is this cultural behavioral pattern that connects and bonds their past with the present.

The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority is celebrating the Heritage of the United Arab Emirates in a weeklong festivities around the city.
Events venues include AlBastakiya, Dubai Mall, Dubai Airport Terminal 3, Dubai Public Library, Cultural & Scientific Association, Al Lisaili, Hatta National Arts & Culture Association.
